Great, because we need inventory for the thousands of people who are moving to Las Vegas each month. We mostly need unfurnished condos and homes but furnished rentals are becoming more and more common due to the types of businesses that are relocating to Las Vegas. Get started now.

If you have a unit that you need rented here are a few prerequistes to assist in getting in ready to hit the market.

  • Q: Should I buy furniture for my property if I want to rent it furnished?
  • A: No, do not buy furinture for the unit. There are various reasons behind this statement which we can discuss during our listing apporintment.
  • Q: I heard that if I leave my unit furnished or buy furniture I will get $3000 month rent?
  • A: No, that is not true. You may get a bit higher rent but with furnished housing comes more services and higher turnover and shorter leases.
  • Q: What should I do to get my unit ready to rent?
  • A: You should have it professionally cleaned, carpets professionaly cleaned, touch up paint or more if needed, all repairs done minor and major, make sure you have all keys (2 mailbox, 2 house keys, 2 pool keys, gate remotes, and or garage remotes, copy of your HOA CCRs) then it will be ready to rent.
  • Q: What actually needs to be in the unit to be a corporate rental?
  • A: We have compiled a list of items which are standard for any corporate rental. We may get a request for more but this is the minumn requirements to meet our standards if the unit is already furnished. (Download Corporate Rental List PDF)
  • Q: Why do I need a property manager?
  • A: There are many reasons to hire a property manager instead of trying to self manage a property from out of state or even if you are in Las Vegas. If you are out of state you need an emergency contact within 60 mile of the property to be in compliance with NRS SSSS.
