What is Corporate Housing?
Corporate Housing is usually short term furnished rentals utilized by relocation companies and Corporate Human Resources to allow their employees to start working the moment they arrive in a new city.
What if I have pets?
Most corporate rentals allow pets but do have to follow the HOA (Home Owners Association) rules. In most condo communities the weight limit is 35 lbs pertaining to dogs and cats. If you have a large animal you should consider renting a house. If you have a pet other than a dog or cat please contact us. The units we have available are privately owned and ultimately can choose to approve or disapprove you pet.
I own property in Las Vegas, Can I rent my unit as Corporate Housing?
There are pros and cons to using an investment property as corporate housing. There are many variables about the property that are taken into consideration by your pool of potentials such as location, unit size, furnishings, service levels, etc. A property management company is necessary in order to meet the demands of the client on a day to day basis.
